Bay Wheels requires all riders (except Bike Share for All members) to keep an active credit card on file in case any extra time charges are incurred – for example, if you keep a bike out for longer than the time allowed in your pass or membership, or if you lose your bike.
If you need to update your credit card or billing address information, go to the "Billing Information" section of your Bay Wheels account.
You can also edit or add payment information directly through your app by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your homepage. Click ‘Payment’; then under Payment methods, you can tap a current card to edit, or ‘+ Add card’ to add new information.
