For passes purchased through the Bay Wheels or Transit apps, we recommend you take a screenshot of your purchase to prove you bought a pass. Log in to your account online to see full details of your ride history and purchases. Head to the “Billing Statements” to view your purchase history.
At select kiosks, you can print a receipt that shows your transaction history. On the right side of the home screen on the kiosk, click the 'I have a pass' button.
Note: You must swipe the same credit card you used to purchase the pass.
