Cable lock

This is the cable that extends from the rear wheel and locks into the pink holder. This enables the bike to be locked up to any public bike rack, instead of just the Bay Wheels stations.

Pin

This is at the end of the cable and what secures into the lock to keep the bike safe.

Pin holder

After unlocking the cable from the lock, please return the pin to the pink holder that is located on the rear tire. Always confirm that the pin is properly secured in the holder before starting your ride.
