For Classic bikes and our new, next-gen white ebikes, please stop riding the bike and dock it at the nearest station and press the button on the dock with a wrench symbol on it. This will turn the light on the dock red so no one else can use the bike before our technicians can fix it.

When you do this, we’ll send an email asking for more details. Your feedback helps us more quickly keep our bikes road-ready!

For issues with our original black ebikes, please lock it to the closest bike rack and let us know what is wrong in the app on the rating screen.
