Get started:

Step 1: Enroll Your Organization

Complete the simple online enrollment form. We will set up your account within 48 hours.

Step 2: Promote

We’ll provide you with everything you need to spread the word, including promotional materials and your own password-protected registration page. We can also host tabling events at your company to facilitate employee registration.

Step 3: Manage

After the first ten employees enroll, you’ll be invoiced on a quarterly basis for additional registrations. We’ll also send you a list of the employees who have joined your corporate Bay Wheels program so you can confirm their eligibility. Don’t worry! You’ll only pay for eligible employees who sign up for an account.
