If there's a charge in your account that you don't recognize, it might be one of the following:
If you purchased a Single Ride or Access Pass, the first 30 minutes of each ride is included in the pass price. If you keep a bike out for longer than 30 minutes at a time, there is an extra usage fee is $3 per additional 15 minutes. For Annual Members, the first 45 minutes of each ride is included, and the usage fee for longer rides is $3 per additional 15 minutes.
Outside of Service Area Fee
If you lock up your ebike outside of the designated Service Area shown on your app, you will be charged $20 dollars on top of any other fees incurred.
Lost Bike Charge
If you have kept a bike out for more than 24 hours at a time, it is considered lost or stolen and there is a fee of $1,200 (plus tax). This can also happen if you did not dock your bike properly, so your ride stayed open, and someone else took the bike and has not returned it. If this is the case, please call Customer Service at (855) 480-2453 as soon as possible.
